Vehicles in German Town Found Marked with Nazi Symbols in Human Blood, Police State

Incident location Affected vehicle Local Law Enforcement
Authorities reported they were contacted by a man who found a automobile in Hanau covered with red-colored substance

Roughly 50 cars have been smeared with what seems to be blood from a person in the German municipality of Hanau near Frankfurt, according to law enforcement.

Automobiles, exterior walls and postboxes were marked, occasionally with Nazi symbols, they reported in a release.

Police say they were contacted in the late hours on Wednesday, when a individual observed that a vehicle in the Lamboy district of Hanau had been covered with a red-colored fluid.

The liquid had been placed in the shape of a Nazi symbol, they added.

Police then found numerous other vandalized cars and house walls in the surrounding area.

Swastikas are prohibited in Germany under legislation prohibiting the public exhibition of Nazi symbols.

Law enforcement say initial examinations show the liquid was likely human blood.

"Currently there is no clue as to its origin; authorities are presently not aware of any injuries in association with the occurrence," they commented.

City officials stated they were trying "to unravel the mystery" and have appealed to the community for tips.

An important representative stated the attack made him speechless and required to be addressed quickly.

"This event hits the center of Hanau and reopens the wounds of the right-wing attack in 2020," he wrote on a platform, recalling the killing of nine individuals by a shooter focusing on individuals of foreign heritage in 2020.
